Description The project is to clean, remove, haul off to BWWB landfill located in Midfield, Alabama, or any other acceptable location that will receive river silt that has collected inside the two 5,000,000 gallons raw water tanks (135 feet Diameter) located at the Western Filter Plant located at 1400 Bankhead Blvd., West, Birmingham, Alabama. It is estimated that each tank will have approximately 24” of river silt collected in each tank.
