A separate bank check is required for the additional fee. No additional fee will be required for UPS or Federal Express delivery of documents if Bidder provides a valid account number for delivery service. Documents will not be mailed until fees are received at Architect offices in cash or bank check. Bidders should note the strict requirements and deadlines for compliance with the Responsible Contractor Ordinance, as set forth in the Instruction to Bidders. Project information is available at www.kcba-architects.com Each Bid must be accompanied by a Certified Check, money order or cashier good faith check payable to the Order of West Norriton Township or Bid Bond in an amount not less than 10 percent (10%) of the total bid, as security. Performance and Payment Bonds are required. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Non-Collusion Affidavit in the form set forth in the Bidding Documents. The right to waive any informality in any Bid, to reject any or all Bids or to award any Contract in the best interest of the Owner is reserved. Bidders on this Work and all subcontractors shall comply with all provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. Bidders on this Work and all subcontractors shall comply with all provisions of the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Procurement Code for Prevention of Environmental Pollution The project involves the construction of a new two story Jeffersonville Golf Course Clubhouse and associated improvements at 2400 W. Main Street in West Norriton Township, Montgomery County, PA. Associated improvements include a new stormwater management system and basins, practice green, designated golf cart staging area, landscaping and lighting. Also part of this project is a new above-ground stormwater management basin near the previously constructed maintenance building on the site. The existing clubhouse/restaurant building will be removed by others prior to the start of this project. The halfway house will be constructed by others prior to the start of this project. The Contractor is responsible for all erosion control, demolition, grading, soil compaction, trash/material removal, and local permitting. The Contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, tools, labor and work, unless otherwise provided and shall be responsible for the complete supervision, performance and completion of all work in accordance with the drawings, specifications, special provisions and contract.
