Description

The project includes the demolition and removal of approximately 1,700 linear feet of existing asphaltic concrete bicycle path; construction of a new concrete bicycle path, bollards, signing, striping, and lighting. To be eligible to award, bidder must possess a valid State of Hawaii General Engineering Contractor's "A", Questions no later than October 18 2022 Last day for addenda October 21 2022 That the time of completion shall be within 240 working days from the official commencement date on the Notice to Proceed. That the liquidated damages for each and every calendar day the Contractor may delay in the completion of this contract shall be $1,500.00 per calendar day
