| Description | The Arrowhead Library System will receive bids for Arrowhead Library Building Roof Replacement Project subject to terms and conditions contained in Bidding Documents prepared by Short Elliott Hendrickson, Inc. Bidders will be required to provide a bid bond or certified check in the amount of five percent (5%) of bid amount. The successful Bidder will be required to provide Performance and Payment Bonds of 100 percent of bid amount. Contractors may be requested to submit "Contractor's Qualification Statement". This Work shall be subject to minimum wages and labor standards in accordance with Minnesota Prevailing Wages. Owner reserves right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities or informalities in bids or bidding. |
