DNR Middle Fork Office Building Renovations

1.The contractor shall install 5 new LED Wall packs to the exterior siding of the Middle Fork Office Building and 1 LED light underneath the metal awning. 2.The Contractor shall remove all floor tile (approximately 550 sq.ft.) of existing floor tile from the offices and bathrooms. 3.The Contractor shall remove and replace approximately 48 lf. of base cover in the bathrooms and approximately 125 lf. of base cover in the office building.  4.The Contractor shall remove approximately 1,800 sq.ft. of drywall from the office and storage portion of the building and replace with 1/2" drywall. Drywall shall be completed installed and finished, including being muded, sanded and painted. Site Superintendent shall choose paint color from options supplied by Contractor. 5.The Contractor shall spray all exposed wall studs with mold resistant disinfectant.
