| Description | HazWaste Services, Contractor shall furnish all labor Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response (HAZWOPER) trained employees, tools, hand tools, materials, supplies (including disinfectant), Personal Protective Equipment (PPE’s-hard hats, vests, gloves, respirators, boots, coveralls, etc.), equipment, incidentals, travel, and disposal services necessary for the cleanup and removal of all HazWaste Materials at the site. This includes, but it is not limited to, the landscaped areas of the freeways, highways, structures, bridges, confined spaces, and operating rights-of ways |
