As stated elsewhere in this solicitation, this procurement is a two (2) Phase Design/Build IAW FAR 36.3 One solicitation will be issued covering both phases. A series of questions will be asked, and temperature taken. While working on the Medical Center (both inside of outside) the contractor will be responsible to wear a face covering at all times.
