Description

The services include preparation of construction contract plans for a storm sewer and asphalt resurfacing project with limited sidewalk, full depth pavement and curb replacement along West Monroe Street in Sandusky. Work will be contained within the Right of Way, although it is anticipated that there will need to be coordination with utility pole owners to hold poles during construction of the storm sewer. Right of Way Acquisition Services may be required based on project development with unknown number of parcels at this time. Estimated Construction Cost: $837,844.00
