Concrete Paving II Custer Street Reconstruction

The reconstruction work on Custer Street includes pavement removal, grading, graveling, fine grading, doweled concrete pavement with integral curb, concrete driveways, replacement of concrete sidewalks at intersections, replacing and reconstruction of storm sewer structures, installing new storm sewer pipes and structures, reconstructing sanitary manholes, relaying sanitary sewer, and water main replacement. The project also includes lawn restoration, pavement markings and new street signs. This contract, WS-21-17, consists of the Reconstruction of Custer Street from 111 feet East of South 29th Street to 595 feet East of South 29th Street. This project will be 100% funded by the City of Manitowoc. The City Funded project (or Non-CDGB Project) begins at Station 11+11.87 and ends at Station 15+95
