Description Interior Cleaning (near white blast), Interior coating system (three coats); Exterior Cleaning (commercial blast), Class 2 A Containment, Exterior coating system (three coats), Exterior Logo; Repair/replace anchor bolts as needed; Remove and replace loose grout to seal foundation (Sikaflex 1A); Install 30" diameter shell manhole with davit arm (opposite side of the existing); Remove and replace existing ladder with OSHA compliant ladder; Install flexible cable safety climb device on new shell ladder; Install eight (8') aluminum ladder guard 16' above grade; Modify 6" overflow to discharge 12" above grade stainless steel screen (air gap); Install OSHA compliant roof handrail; Modify roof rain lip to 6"; Remove Existing roof ladder and replace with handrail enclosed staircase; Remove 14" roof vent and replace with 24" flanged vent neck and 18" aluminum pressure vacuum vent; Demolition of existing block wall and installation of new reinforced concrete retaining wall. New wall shall accommodate all existing penetrations; Install new 8' chain link fence on top of new retaining wall; Grind interior remnants of painter couples flush on the interior roof; seal welds or caulk voids (Sikaflex 1A); Caulk all overlaps 1/2 or less (Sikaflex 1A) Grind 2" by 2" patch plates flush and repair welds as necessary on the exterior roof; Install eight (8) roof scaffold rigging openings with plugs; Low voltage holiday testing shall be performed to all interior surfaces; and Bacteria testing and V.O.C.
