Replace Communications Infrastructure-DESO

The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, supervision, materials, transportation, planning, coordinating, and migrating current voice services on the existing copper cable over to the new 25 pair copper cable with minimal phone service interruption to the Park. Cut over to the new copper shall be coordinated with the COR (Contracting Officer’s Representative). This project involves the coverage within the Visitor Center and Headquarters buildings of De Soto National Memorial. Additionally, a new 6 strand, multi-mode, fiber optic cable and a 25 pair, CAT6 rated, copper cable will be installed between the Visitor Center and the Headquarters building. Install new 6 pair, multi-mode, fiber optic cable and a 25 pair, CAT3 rated, copper cable from the Visitor Center to the Headquarter building. As well as installing a standalone cellular repeater at the Visitor Center (VC) and at the Headquarters (HQ)buildings. Provide and install a 6 strand, multi-mode, fiber optic cable between the Headquarters (HQ) and the Visitor Center (VC) buildings – approximately 1,400 feet
