Description

0001 Base Year – Perform tank cleaning service in accordance with (IAW) section 5 of the SOW dated 15JUNE20. Period of Performance (PoP) is 12 months. 1 Job 0002 Base Year - Contractor Manpower Reporting Application (CMRA) requirement – (see section 5.8 in the PWS dated 15JUNE20). PoP 12 months. 1 EA 1001 Option Year 1 - Perform service IAW CLIN 0001. PoP is 12 months. 1 Job 1002 Option Year 1 - CMRA requirement - IAW CLIN 0002. PoP 12 months. 1 EA 2001 Option Year 2 - Perform service IAW CLIN 0001. PoP is 12 months. 1 Job 2002 Option Year 2 - CMRA requirement - IAW CLIN 0002.
