Description

Project Description The Bay Hills Hotel and Resort located along the shore of Lake Superior in Upper Michigan is expanding with a 133,000 S.F. 4-Story hotel addition and 11,000 S.F. of renovation work to existing casino operations, laundry, and restrooms. The project features a broad mix of structural disciplines, finishes, and specialties. As such, we are seaking valued trade partners to execute the work which includes but is not limited to: earthwork, site utilities, landscaping, concrete, masonry, structural steel/misc metals, precast, glulam's, light ga roof trusses, masonry, siding, roofing, aquatics, food service, aluminum storefront, extensive finishes, etc. Earthworks contractors please note the special nature of the site and requirements per soil reports and bid documents. Please referece drawing G0.3 for the general phasing plan and overall project duration. Please reference 01 23 00 for alternates. The project is Tax Exempt and P&P bonds are required. *The owner requests that all subcontractor / supplier inquiries be directed to the GC Bidder.
