Description

Remove the playground equipment located adjacent to the Beach Bathhouse within Point Lookout State park at 11175 Point Lookout Road, Scotland, St. Mary's County, MD 20687. The project includes, but is not limited to the following: a. Disassemble, remove, and properly dispose of existing playground equipment and all site amenities including tables, trash receptacles, benches, etc. b. Proper removal and disposal of all mulch and timbers. c. Final site restoration and stabilization, including filling, grading, spreading of topsoil, and establishment of vegetative cover at all sites. d. Removal and proper disposal of all debris off site.
