2022 Irv Zeid Park Restroom Roof Replacement

The City of Olivette (City) is seeking a qualified firm to provide procurement, installation, and warranty service related to the shingle roofing replacement of the restrooms at the Irv Zeid Citizens Park. Firms are invited to submit qualifications for consideration of providing a proposal for this scope of work. The City is requesting bids to complete the following services to replace the existing asphalt shingles at the restroom facilities building at Irz Zeid Citizens Park located at 9100 Old Bonhomme Rd, Olivette, Missouri 63132.
