Description

Architectural and Engineering Professional Services for Professional Design Services for 3rd St Va Housing, Renovation and New Construction Old Pueblo Community Services, hereinafter referred to as "OPCS" is conducting a competitive Two-Step Process to retain One (1) Firm(s) to provide professional design services for the construction of 15 new Veteran Housing units, the renovation of 6 existing veteran housing units and all associated site work required. The OPCS is seeking firms (hereinafter referred to as "Consultant") to provide consultant services in the form of a multi-disciplinary team. OPCS invites interested firms to submit written Statements of Qualifications (SOQ's) relating to this solicitation. A Screening Committee will evaluate firms' qualifications and experience with similar projects. The firm(s) determined to be best qualified will then be invited to enter negotiations with OPCS for billing rates under the contract. (Selection Plan: i.e. Up to three (3) will be selected.) Questions must be addressed to the Contract Officer listed in the solicitation.
