Kincaid Elementary School Site Improvements - Anchorage School District

Improve the parking lot and bus drive drainage, circulation, site lighting, and sidewalks. The existing parking lot and bus drive have significant heaving due to improper drainage and freeze thaw cycles. As of January 3, 2022, this project is currently in the Anchorage School District FY 2022-2027 CIP. Information regarding a design firm and the general contractor selection timeline has not been disclosed. Although a firm timeline for construction has not been determined, construction is not expected to start prior to 2024. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
