Description

Should include but not be limited to the following. 1) The complete setup of the VoIP system including integration with Office 365 and any other servers. 2) The service provider will work with the district technology department to make sure everything is setup and working properly before the completion of work is signed. The technology department will not sign the completion of work until the system is working 100% the way it is intended to work. 3) The service provider will provide formal training to the technology department on how to maintain, update and configure the system. Including but not limited to software and firmware updates. 4) The service provider will integrate the system with our Azure or on prem AD so users are added or removed from the system as they are added and removed from AD. This must be a seamless integration 5) The service provider will setup all call routing as it is now including the recoding of the messages. 6) The service provider is responsible for making sure they can do 100% of the work, if they cannot and require an outside vendor for help it will be at their own expense. 7) There is no scope creep, the District expects the service provider to get the VoIP system up and running at 100% with all features.
