Construction Services for District Improvements Parrish Lakes Phase 1D Roadway and Infrastructure Construction

PARRISH LAKES COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT Construction Services for District Improvements Manatee County, Florida Parrish Lakes Community Development District (the District ) hereby requests proposals to provide services relating to the following: Parrish Lakes Phase 1D, Manatee County, Florida Request for proposals to provide services relating to Roadway and Infrastructure Construction The District has the right to reject any and all proposals, make modifications to the work, and waive any minor informalities and irregularities in proposals as it deems appropriate, if it determines in its discretion that it is in the best interest of the District to do so. In Addition, this project is subject to the availability of funds and the project may be cancelled if funds are not available. The successful proposer must execute a contract with the District and file the requisite Performance and Payment Bonds and insurance within fourteen (14) calendar days after the receipt of the Notice of Award. Any person who wishes to protest the Bid Package, or any component thereof, shall file with the District a written notice of protest within seventy-two (72) hours after the Bid Package is made available, and shall file a formal written protest with the District within seven (7) calendar days after the date of timely filing the initial notice of protest. Filing will be perfected and deemed to have occurred upon receipt by the District Manager, Breeze, 1540 International Parkway, Suite 2000, Lake Mary, FL 32746. Failure to timely file a notice of protest or failure to timely file a formal written protest shall constitute a waiver of any right to object to or protest the contents of the District s Bid Package. The formal written protest shall state with particularity the facts and law upon which the protest is based. Ranking of proposals will be made based on qualifications according to the evaluation criteria contained within the Bid Package. Any and all questions relative to this project shall be directed in writing via email to WRA, ccuffle@wraengineering.com no later than 2:00 PM on Thursday, July 28th, 2022. Firms desiring to provide services for this project must submit one (1) original, one (1) PDF of the required proposal and one (1) Excel file of the Schedule of Values and a linked schedule with an anticipated start date to final completion by no later than 2:00 PM on Thursday, August 11th, 2022, via email ccuffle@wraengineering.com. Any proposal not completed as specified or missing the required proposal documents as provided in the Bid Package may be disqualified.

Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Operation and Maintenance of Exterior Improvements, Flexible Paving, Asphalt Paving, Rigid Paving, Concrete Paving, Paving Specialties, Pavement Markings.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities, Storm Drainage Structures.
Division 34 -	Transportation, Operation and Maintenance of Transportation.
