RFP - MMCP FY23 Non IT RFP for Testing Laboratory Analysis and Regulatory Framework

The Ohio Department of Commerce, Medical Marijuana Control Program ("MMCP") is interested in acquiring outside expertise surrounding the testing of medical marijuana. Specifically, MMCP is requesting proposals from an experienced analytical chemist to assist with reviewing, analyzing, and drafting proposed updates to MMCP's current rules outlined under Chapter 3796 of the Ohio Revised Code and Administrative Code. The Department is tasked with regulating cultivators, processors, and testing laboratories under the Medical Marijuana Control Program, which includes both licensing and enforcement of medical marijuana operations.
