Description

Scope of Work: 1. Jobsite meeting with owner’s operational staff to coordinate installation weekend. 2. Shut off power using lock-out tag-out procedures. 3. Disconnect existing controls, and electrical. 4. 4. Provide required Crane to remove existing and install new motors rated for VFDs with grounding rings and Cool Blue Common Mode Chokes to help clean the energy. 5. Provide and install new sheaves and belts 6. Provide required transportation to deliver new motors and remove existing motors from jobsite. Market Street shall be closed for the crane with barricades and police 7. One existing motor shall be left as spare 8. Reconnect existing electrical with appropriate modifications to accommodate new motors 9. Tie in existing motor’s start/stop controls only. Any additional controls work is excluded. 10. Re-use existing drives 11. Start unit and check operation. 12. Clean up all debris created by the job. 13. Provide 1-year parts and labor warranty on materials and workmanship.
