Concrete Street Rehabilitation - 14th Avenue North and 15th Avenue South Project

The project involves reconstruction of 14th Avenue North, between North 2nd Street and North 4th Street, excluding intersections of Pershing Boulevard and North 3rd Street, with 8” (eight inch) thick concrete paving on 12” (twelve inch) granular sub-base, with concrete curbs & gutters on each side. The project also involves concrete patching along 15th Avenue South from South 14th Street to 19th Place, with 7” (seven inch) concrete paving, with concrete curbs & gutters on each side.In addition to construction of Portland Cement Concrete streets, the project includes removal of existing concrete pavement, sub-grade preparation, granular road base construction, earth grading and removal, topsoil, sidewalk and driveway reconstruction, traffic control, erosion control, and other associated appurtenances to road rehabilitation and sewer infrastructure repair and construction.
