Description

This contract shall provide for the installation of approximately 412 LF of new 8" sanitary sewer line, 3 new manholes, the construction of approximately 445 LF of new 8" water line, fire hydrant, gate valves and various other improvements necessary for a complete installation. This contract shall include all necessary superintendence, labor, materials, equipment, tools, piping, field jointing, cleaning, grouting, excavation, trenching, shoring, fill, grading, backfill, surface restoration, connections to existing and proposed sewer lines, service restorations, testing, hauling and disposal of excess soils to an owner approved site, and incidental items necessary for the construction of the proposed facilities as shown in the plans and documented in the specifications.
