Mohicanville Dam and Office Area Paving

Provide all necessary labor, equipment, and materials to construct and pave 2 areas of paving, Dam drive and turn arounds, Office drive and parking for a total of 18500 sq. feet. The Dam roadway is estimated to be 1375' length by 10' width of roadway across the dam with 2 turn around areas at each end (approximate area of 15,000 sq. feet). The dam roadway shall be a width of 10 feet wide and constructed using an asphalt surface. The roadway shall have 1 un-separated lane of traffic. (See attachment A for a map of the project road and turn around areas) The office drive and parking area (approximate area of 3500 sq. feet) The office driveway and parking shall be 18 feet wide and constructed using an asphalt surface. Parking areas shall be of similar size as original. The roadway shall have 2 un-separated lanes of traffic. (See attachment A for a map of the project road and parking areas) 1.1 Place of Performance: U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Mohicanville Dam 2297 County Road 175 Lakeville, Ohio 44638-9610 (See attachment A for a map of the project road and parking areas) 1.2 Period of Performance: Contractor shall start work within 10 calendar days of issuance of Notice to Proceed (NTP) but not before May 15, 2023 and complete all work within 30 calendar days from commencement of work. The solicitation and resulting contract shall be the governing document in all cases. Per FAR 36.204 the estimated price range for this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
