The location and description of the project are as follows: For the replacement and installation of highway lighting including a 24-Hour solar powered dynamic curve warning system, removal of existing lighting foundation, junction box, pole foundations, direct burial conduit, lighting poles, high pressure sodium luminaires, and other related work as indicated on the approved drawings included in the bid package for State Route 8002, Section 002 and State Route 15, Section 259 from approximately 1.0 miles north of the intersection with State Route 180 at Segment 1281 Offset 1115 (SR 15 Southbound), to approximately 0.2 miles east of the intersection with State Route 180 at Segment 0260 Offset 2037 (SR 8002) in The City of Williamsport, Lycoming County, and State Route 15, Section 258 from approximately 50 feet north of the intersection with State Route 11 at Segment 0010 Offset 0050, to approximately 265 feet north of the intersection with State Route 11 at Segment 0010 Offset 0265, in Shamokin Dam Borough and Monroe Township, Snyder County, and State Route 15, Section 258 from approximately 0.3 miles southwest of the State Route 42 underpass at Segment 2315 Offset 1766, to approximately 0.3 miles southwest of the State Route 42 underpass at Segment 2315 Offset 1980, in Hemlock Township, Columbia County.
