Description	The Professional Services Contractor (PSC) is to provide a proposal for Phase 400 Preliminary Design & Phase 500 Final Design for the DTMB State Lab Room and Hood Airflow Valve Replacements. The State Lab has approximately 66 fume hoods located in multiple rooms. This project is to replace supply and exhaust valves and controls in fume hoods and rooms and rebalance the system. Approximately 15 fume hoods have recently (within last two years) been updated with new valves and controls, the remaining replacements are to integrate with those recently replaced. This project is to maintain occupant safety, provide better system reliability, and increase building energy efficiency.
