Detention Center Window Replacement

The intent of this work is to have a total of 192 window panes demoed and replaced in front of the Cumberland County Detention Center. 160 of the windows will be replaced with Evergreen Low E windows and 32 of the windows will be Spandrel glass identical to the current specifications listed on the current panes. All corners of the windows shall be sealed appropriately with proper sealant to manufacturer spec to prevent water intrusion to the interior. Windows shall be installed according to manufacturer's specifications. All damaged seals adjoining the surrounding windows should be replaced. All manufacture specs shall be turned in before work commences. All work can be performed during normal business hours but a schedule will need to be coordinated with the Engineering Department and any deviation to the schedule shall not interfere with the operations of the Cumberland County Detention Center.
