Description | The City of Sun Prairie City Hall facility (300 E. Main St.) is seeking to upgrade existing lighting equipment to LED fixtures and lamps (approximately 700 total units facility-wide), in addition to upgraded lighting controls. The City is also seeking Alternate Bids as part of this project (#1 Accessed Challenged Lighting, #2 Second Floor Ceiling Tile Replacement, #3 Advanced Lighting Controls), that the City would prefer to move forward with as one entire project. The facility consists of administrative offices and the Sun Prairie Police Department, and has approximately 42,000 square feet of space. Bidders will be required to complete a mandatory facility walkthrough to discuss project scope and identify total lighting unit count by location. A lighting inventory table will be provided for Bidder completion as part of the Bid response packet. |
