To construct a new 12” Upper Floridan public supply well, hydropneumatic tank, and yard piping at the Spruce Creek Preserve Water Treatment Plant (WTP). include well construction with approximately 200 linear feet (LF) of 12” well casing, 270 LF of 12” open hole, plumbness and alignment testing, well development, drawdown testing, water quality testing, and submersible turbine well pump for a single 12” Upper Floridan public water supply well.
