Description

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to provide ongoing maintenance for all existing and future maintenance districts within the City of Eastvale (City); within the City right of way; and, within future raised medians and parkways expected to be available for maintenance in approximately one year. The future locations will be added on a square foot basis as they become available. The maintenance for this project is funded by various public funds including a special assessment to the property owners and public works maintenance funds. Therefore, it is imperative that special attention is given to the maintenance of these projects and the plant material remains thriving and in excellent condition.
