| Description | The contractor shall schedule and perform a construction task for the replacement of the existing Building 570 Clubhouse heating boiler system. The Contractor will provide a complete and operable boiler system at building 570. The boiler shall be high efficiency condensing boiler. The design basis for this boiler shall be a Lochinvar Series KBN or equivalent in line with The Selfridge ANG Base Design Standards. The installation and replacement shall include but is not limited to all piping connections, venting, power connections, boiler pumps, hot water pumps, and system start-up and validation. |
