Lintel Replacement over South Overhead Doors at the District Fire Station

The Nunda Rural Fire Protection District is accepting bids from qualified vendors for the Lintel Replacement over South Overhead Doors at the Districts fire station located at 1713 Route 176, Crystal Lake, IL 60014. This bid process and award of the contract will be made in accordance with Section 11k of the Illinois Fire Protection District Act (70 ILCS 705/11k). The Nunda Rural Fire Protection District reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or any part thereof, or to accept any bid or any part thereof, or to waive technical or legal deficiencies, if deemed to be in the best interest of the District. Bids arriving after the specified deadline, whether sent by mail, courier, or in person will not be accepted. These submittals will either be refused or returned unopened. Mailed submittals which are delivered after the specified deadline will not be accepted regardless of postmark on the envelope. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance and Payment Bond per 100% of the contract value. Compliance with the prevailing wage laws and Equal Employment practices are required.
