| Description | Conducting maintenance on a transformer in KEYS’ system that has been found to be leaking oil from the radiator butterfly valves. The required maintenance includes repairing/replacing the radiator valves and re-gasketing, if necessary. After fixing the leak, the transformer is to have Hot Oil Processing performed in the main tank and LTC. Oils that test for low levels of inhibitor will require additional inhibitor to be added to accomplish satisfactory levels. The chosen vendor will then conduct the required electrical testing listed in the subsequent section. |
