This solicitation has been canceled as of June 13, 2022. As of 10/21/2022 the date or timeframe for re-solicitation is unknown at this time. PN- jacksonba-2021 -04-07-11 -19-21 2021-01 SCOPE The Contractor shall provide firm-fixed prices: to provide all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals to construct the new Motor Transportation facility, aboard Marine Corps Base, Camp Pendleton, California, as provided for herein, using governing guidelines, references and regulations: Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC); American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM); Camp Pendleton Requirements (CPR); Unified Facilities Guide Specifications (UFGS); International Building Code (IBC) and general accepted building and industry practices and methods, and any other relevant codes. a. Concept i. Contractor shall design-build a new 4,500 SF, steel pre-engineered building and provide all interior and exterior finishes, as described herein. The facility will be utilized by the MCCS Motor Transportation branch; ii. The building shall include one (1) maintenance bay, one (1) equipment storage area, two (2) breakrooms, one (1) computer room, two (2) locker rooms with restrooms, one (1) unisex restroom, one (1) office storage room, two (2) offices, one (1) utility room, one (1) mechanical room,(1) electrical room, (1) telecommunication room, and one (1) cubicle area.
