Heating Plant Steam Tunnel Repairs - GPC

In general the work consists of repairing concrete structural walls and ceilings of the utility tunnel, 43 removing a small retaining wall and the sidewalk surface, excavating along the tunnel route, and 44 removing and replacing several sections of tunnel roof and wall structure. The new roof and wall 45 sections will be waterproofed. Waterproofing on sections that remain will be repaired and restored 46 as needed, and the small retaining wall and sidewalk surface will be replaced. Steam and condensate 47 line support brackets and anchors will be replaced as needed.
