Description

Project scope shall include the Utility Improvements, approximately 21,716 LF of 12" & 8" water, 20,236 LF of 15" through 8" sanitary sewer, and 12,509 LF of 4-barrel 9' x 6' RCB through 18" RCP storm sewer per NCTCOG and Owner's Geotechnical Engineer's specifications to serve 195 lots on approximately 43 acres. The project is located West of I-35 and south of Robson Ranch Road, in the Town of Northlake, Denton County, Texas.
