HVAC Replacement at Washington Park Community Center

Work under this Contract consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required to remove existing and provide HVAC installation and replacements at Washington Park Community Center in a competent and professional manner and in compliance with all applicable safety and technical related codes and laws. Bid Form 3 defines the HVAC units to be removed and replaced. Included in the scope is pre-installation and post-installation Test and Balance. The Contractor agrees to cooperate and work with the City of Hollywood Design and Construction Management Department in scheduling work requested.
