Light Poles and Luminaires

This is a service / maintenance or supply contract in Jacksonville Beach, Florida. Contact the soliciting agency for additional information. The City of Jacksonville Beach dba Beaches Energy Services is soliciting bids to procure light poles and luminaires for a contract period of one (1) year with up to two (2) additional one (1) year extensions, for a maximum of three (3) years, upon approval of the City Manager. Cost for delivery and unloading are to be included in the bid price. Deliveries are FOB destination to the City of Jacksonville Beach at 1460A Shetter Avenue, Jacksonville Beach, FL 32250. Deadline to Submit Questions 6-May-2022 Addendum (if necessary) Issued 11-May-2022 Modifications received after the due date and/or letters of withdrawal received after the due date or after contract award, whichever is applicable, will not be considered. No verbal interpretations will be made of any documents. Requests for such interpretations shall be made in writing or via email at Purchasing@jaxbchfl.net no later than May 6, 2022. Interpretation will be in the form of an addendum and will be published on the bid section of the Citys website.
