| Description | The Chesapeake Redevelopment and Housing Authority (hereinafter known as CRHA) is seeking quotes from properly licensed and qualified contractors for Fire Damage Remediation and Restoration at a townhouse unit located at 3022 Welcome Rd. in Chesapeake. All work is to be accomplished in accordance with National, State, and local code. CRHA reserves the right to reject any and all Quotes or to waive any minor informalities or irregularities. Quotes may be held by the Authority for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days from the closing date for the purpose of evaluating the Quotes and investigating the qualifications of Vendors, prior to award of the contract. |
