The project is expected to be awarded on July 03, 2023.** 2023 Street & Alley Paving Project The Project consists of milling, resurfacing, and ADA improvements on the designated streets and alleys. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form. Bidders shall submit proof of qualifications to perform the Work as described in the Instructions to Bidders. The City of Huntington further reserves the right to waive informalities, and to award the contract to the lowest and most responsible bidder (or bidders), all to the advantage of the City of Huntington, or to reject all bids. |
