Lemay 1 Pump Station (P-301) Cooling Tower Replacement

A general description of the work to be done under these contract documents is described as follows. Demolition and removal of three (3) existing cooling tower units. Provide and install four (4) new cooling tower units, including piping, valving, and supports, as described in the contract documents. Expansion of the existing concrete foundation pad, as described in the contract documents. Electrical and control work associated with the cooling tower units, as described in the contract documents. Engineers Opinion of portable cost for the project is $ 1,293,000
