Description | All bidders are advised that Emerick Construction Co., intends to submit sub contract bids for the following bid packages: Demolition Package, Metals Package, Rough Carpentry Package, Door/Frame/Hardware Package, and Specialties Package. As such, Emerick Construction Co., will submit their sealedbid by 5-31-23 at 12:00 PM to Dallas School District representatives. Dallas School District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive formalities, and to postpone the award of the contract for 60 days. All bids and all prices quoted in bids shall be firm for a period of 60 days after the bid closing date. include the Instructions to Bidders, Bid Packages, Bid Form, Insurance Requirements and Subcontractor General Conditions, as strict adherence to these sections is required. The work of this Project is anticipated to start in June 2023 with substantial completion in August 2023. The project work consists of MEP work, Secure Vestibules, Security Improvements at Lyle Elementary School, Oakdale Elementary School, Whitworth Elementary School, and the District Office. This solicitation is for a public works project and is subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870 (Prevailing Rate of Wage). All bids shall comply with the requirements of Oregon Revised Statutes. Bidders are requested to direct questions to the CM/GC, attention Ted Jeffery, Project Manager, 503 bid by 5-31-23 at 12:00 PM to Dallas School District representatives. Dallas School District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive formalities, and to postpone the award of the contract for 60 days.
