| Description | The Work includes electronic appliances, potentially hazardous waste containers of cleaners, solvents, paint, and other general waste. The building is partially open to the elements and has noticeable odor of animal waste, which may harbor pathogens hazardous to human health and safety. The site will need to be cleared of all waste/debris and cleaned and disinfected to a degree that it provides a suitable working environment for the health and safety of CDFW staff. The Contractor shall provide to the CDFW, cleanup/waste removal services of an approximately 5,000 sq ft prefabricated metal building that was previously leased to a private worm farm operation.
