Description

**As of May 9, 2023, project was awarded to Garrett and Company, awarded amount is $44,994.56.** Sweetwater County School District No. 1 (the Owner) is receiving bids for the sale and installation of age appropriate interior playroom equipment at the Overland Elementary School. Generally, the work shall include but is not limited to providing all labor, equipment, supplies and materials needed for this project. This project includes the sale and installation of age appropriate items. The District has a general idea of the equipment it is interested in, however, realizes that not every company has the same equipment, and therefore is willing to discuss options in lieu of their selected items. All proposals must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or Cashiers Check in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the maximum amount in the bid. The successful bidder shall provide a one hundred percent (100%) Performance and Payment Bond. The bidder is required to comply with all applicable local, state and federal laws.
