| Description | The major items of work include: Clearing and grubbing of the proposed site for water plant No. 3 including installing a temporary 24-inch CMP culvert, providing, installing and maintaining SWPPP items, constructing drainage swales, site grading, and hydro mulch seeding. No bid proposal may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the bid opening date. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to accept the bid deemed most advantageous to it. All participants attending the pre-bid meeting and bid opening shall wear a facial mask and practice social distancing pursuant to recommendations for prevention of spreading COVID-19. |
