Description

COL FM is replacing the North Rooftop unit that serves the Power Linemen Shop area at the Loveland Water and Power Service Center. Current unit 48TJF020Z has an operating weight is 2090 lbs. FM will be replacing this unit with a Carrier 48LCF020A3M6-1N0C0. (operating weight 2741 lbs.) This unit comes with a factory installed BACnet card. Awarded contractor is responsible for all aspects of this project, including but not limited to: demo and disposal of old unit, heating/cooling start up, and install of communication line to existing BAS router. New RTU will communicate with installed router and be integrated with current COL BAS system. Contractor is also responsible for all permitting, inspections, and associated fees.
