| Description | The Provider shall provide all labor, management and supervision, expertise, equipment, and incidentals required to perform custodial / janitorial cleaning services at the Airport and related facilities. The Routine Work areas include the public areas of the terminal building,Authority-controlled offices and service areas, all passenger boarding bridges,Authority-controlled areas for the common use of all airlines, rental car corridor,designated Terminal Front sidewalks up to curbside, designated parking lot areastrash, designated areas of the AOA, seven bathrooms located in the concoursearea, 10 bathrooms first level, 4 bathrooms second level, 7 restrooms third level,6 restrooms in the Federal Inspection Station (FIS), two (2) T-Hangar publicrestroom buildings, two (2 Air Cargo Warehouse rest rooms, the trash corral, the Republic Parking Management Office building and toll booths. Unless specifically set forth in these Specifications, areas under exclusive leases to the airlines, car rental agencies, concessionaires, Transportation Security Administration, and other tenants are excluded from the Work areas. | ||
