Rehabilitation of the lime softening water treatment facilities, membrane softening facility and ancillary equipment: Assessment and repairs to lime treatment units 2 and 3 (Bldgs #9 & 10). Units to be completed one per year .Rehabilitation of one of the WTP oldest buildings and replacement of electrical gear and lime slaker equipment. (Bldg #11)Install VFDs on Transfer Pumps 1, 2, & 3 and replace pumps (Bldg #5) Miscellaneous rehabilitation and upgrades to Bldg #72. Built in 2003. includes building 7 with scrubbers and odor controlRehabilitation of Hidden Valley Pump Station.
