324 Huff Street Harbor Safety and Enforcement Office Docks

Work is to construct dockage and boat lifts at the Harbor Safety & Enforcement Office (324 Huff St.). The dockage along the bulk head shall be no less than 8 feet wide, with the cat walks being no less than 6 feet wide. The dockage will include 2 lifts for the department vessels which are 23.5 feet in length. The dockage will include plumbing to attach at least 2 water outlets to allow for washdown. A decontamination shower shall be placed under the landing leading out of the bulkhead. The dockage shall include overhead led lighting to facilitate low light - no light operations and at least 2 Covered outdoor GFCI electrical outlets. The dockage shall include a ladder at the end of a catwalk with a weight rating to facilitate a fully dressed out diver (600lbs). The vendor is responsible for running and securing electricity. A chain link fence shall be installed along the bulkhead with a gate over the walkway to ensure security of the department assets.
