Hartwick Pines - Chapel & Memorial Roof Replacement - Adaptive Reuse

Project Scope of Work: It includes the removal of the existing wood shakes and installation of approximately 1,000 square feet of new cedar shingles on the Chapel and another approximate 4,200 square feet of new cedar shingles on the Memorial Building. The typical work will be removal of the existing wood shakes, repair of any deteriorated plank/deck, repair of deteriorated eave/rake fascia, and the installation of and new #1 grade cedar shingles. For the Chapel, the work shall include a new "cedar breather" underlayment Other parties interested in the Work are encouraged to attend the tour. Addenda may be issued, in response to issues raised at the pre-bid conference and tour, or as the Owner and/or Professional may otherwise consider necessary A performance bond and a payment bond are required for all bids over $50,000.00.
